The kit uses organic solvents for delipidation and hydrophilic solutions for high RI matching. It can preserve endogenous fluorescent proteins while clear tissues and organs quickly. It combines the advantages of rapid clearing of hydrophobic clearing method with the advantages of the high biosafety and high endogenous fluorescent protein preservation of hydrophilic clearing method. This method is suitable for the clearing of various nerves and visceral organ tissues, and it is compatible with immunofluorescent staining.

Adult ChAT-GFP mice were cardiac injected with licectin-AF647 to label blood vessels, the intestines were cleared with enhanced tissue clearing kit (NH-CR-230701), and imaging was performed with LS18 light-sheet microscope. During the imaging process, GFP labeled acetylcholinergic neurons and Lectin-AF647 labeled vascular endothelium were excited by 488nm and 637nm laser, respectively. 0.25NA objective lens and 6.3× zoom were used to detect fluorescence signals to visualize the complex topology between intestinal acetylcholinergic neurons and blood vessels. Adult C57BL/6 mice were cardiac injected with licectin-AF647 to label blood vessels. the kidney and heart were cleared with enhanced tissue clearing kit and imaged with LS18 light-sheet microscope. 637nm laser was used to excite the licectin-AF647 labeled vascular endothelium, and a 0.25NA objective with 6.3× zoom was used to detect the fluorescence signal to realize the visualization of the complex topology of the kidney and cardiac vessels.
