E14.5 mouse embryo was cleared with embryo clearing kit, labeled with anti-GFAP-561 (green) and licectin-AF647 (purple), and whole-body imaging was per formed with LS18 tile light microscope. 561nm and 637nm lasers were used as excitation light sources, 0.25NA objective and 6.3× zoom were used to detect fluorescence signals to achieve 3D visualization of GFAP and lectin positive cells.

E14.5 mouse embryo was cleared with embryo clearing kit,nucleus was labeled with PI, and whole embr yo image was performed with LS18 tile light microscope. 561nm laser was used as excitation light source, 0.25NA objective lens and 6.3× zo om were us e d to de te c t fluore s cence signal s to realize three-dimensional visualization of all mouse embryo nuclei.
