Quantifying tissue transparency, ensuring imaging quality
TCM-23-A is a device for quantifying how transparent a clearing tissue is. With a rapid and stable transparency analysis, TCM-23-A can provide reports on the results for multiple tissue samples. By taking photos of the samples before and after clearing, and comparing them with self-developed algorithms, the degree of transparency of samples can be clearly displayed to users in the form of heat maps, and areas lacking in transparency can be identified.
