NanoAssemblr, a nanomedicinel manufacturing system, is designed for the manufacture of novel nanoparticles and solves the challenges of traditional preparation methods. The nano-pharmaceutical manufacturing system NanoAssemblr uses microfluidic Microfluidics technology to quickly and accurately mix nano-particles with a variety of biomaterials, including drugs, siRNA, CRISPR, DNA, and proteins. Users can adjust the particle size (~20-120+nm) by changing the parameters and composition of the program, so that the research of nanomedicine (liposome, lipid nanoparticles, polymer nanoparticles, etc.) can be realized from scientific research to clinical (cGMP).
