From August 27th to August31st, 2018, Product Manager Haili Cheng, Sales Rui Xia, Application Engineer Chunyan Chen, together with assistant of chairman Sophie Li from Nuohai Life Science (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, went to Freiberg Instruments GmbH to participate anone-week training in Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) and X-ray Diffractometer (XRD). During this period, Freiberg Instruments engineers introduced applications and instrument demonstration on EPR, XRD, fully automated circular wafer orientation, Thermo Luminescence (TL), Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL), X-ray dose irradiators (X -Ray dose) and Microwave Detected Photoconductivity (MDP).

Freiberg Instruments XRD
The Omega/Theta X-ray diffractometer is a fully automated vertical three axes diffractometer for orientation determination for various crystals using Omega-Scan and Theta-Scan methods and rocking curve measurements. All measurements are automated and canbe accessed from the user-friendly software interface. Using the Omega Scan,the complete lattice orientation can be determined in on crystal rotation.
